2.7 Employers’ Responsibilities
188.8.131.52 A business wishing to use Global Academy Jobs’ services and Website for the purpose of employing individuals (an “Employer”), can submit details of a job listing (a “job listing”) by:

2.7.2 All Vacancies submitted by an Employer under clause 7.1.1 above shall be made to email@example.com.
2.7.3 When submitting details of a job listing, an Employer shall, at its discretion, provide any trade mark or logo (a “Logo”) that it wishes to be included on the Website with the job listing to Global Academy Jobs and shall be responsible for the appearance and quality of such Logo.
2.7.4 If an Employer provides a Logo to Global Academy Jobs, it grants to Global Academy Jobs the right to use such Logo on the Website for the purpose of advertising the Employer’s job listing. The Employer warrants that it is the owner of all intellectual property rights in and to such Logo or where it is not the owner it has the right to grant such use. The Employer hereby agrees to identify and hold harmless Global Academy Jobs in respect of any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights arising as a result of Global Academy Jobs’ use of a Logo as described herein.
2.7.5 It is an Employer’s duty to screen the details submitted for a job listing to ensure that the copy is not defamatory or offensive and that the information submitted is true and accurate. Global Academy Jobs will make every attempt to screen the details submitted for vacancies but accepts no responsibility for the content and accuracy of such job listings.
2.8 GLOBAL ACADEMY JOBS’s Responsibilities
2.8.1 Global Academy Jobs shall use its best endeavours to ensure that a Job listing is uploaded to the Website within two (2) working days of being submitted by the Employer.
2.8.2 A job listing shall remain on the Website for a period of up to three (3) months after which GLOBAL ACADEMY JOBS shall automatically remove such job listing, unless Global Academy Jobs and the Employer have mutually agreed the conditions and charges under which such job listing may remain on the Website for a further period.
2.8.3 Global Academy Jobs cannot guarantee the calibre or amount of individual applicants using the Website nor does Global Academy Jobs take any responsibility for the placing of individuals with Employers.
Global Academy Jobs and Employer (each a “party”) shall keep in strict confidence all technical or commercial know-how, specifications, processes, initiatives or business information which are of a confidential nature and have been disclosed by one party to the other, its employees, agents or subcontractors and any other confidential information concerning either party’s business or its products or services which the other party may obtain. Disclosure of such confidential information by either party shall be restricted to such of its employees, agents or subcontractors as need to know it for the purpose of discharging such party’s obligations under these Terms and Conditions and such party shall ensure that such employees, agents or subcontractors are subject to obligations of confidentiality corresponding to those set forth herein. This clause 2.9 shall survive termination of the contract between Global Academy Jobs and an Employer.
2.10 Payment Terms and Cancellation
2.10.1 A contract is formed between Global Academy Jobs and an Employer when a job listing submitted by an Employer is accepted by Global Academy Jobs.
2.10.2 Global Academy Jobs shall invoice the Employer immediately once a job listing is submitted to Global Academy Jobs.
2.10.3 The Employer shall pay each invoice submitted by Global Academy Jobs within thirty (30) days of the date of the invoice in full and cleared funds to a bank account nominated in writing by Global Academy Jobs.
2.10.4 Without limiting any other rights or remedies of Global Academy Jobs, if the Employer fails to make any payment due to Global Academy Jobs by the due date for payment (“Due Date”), Global Academy Jobs shall have the right to charge interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 4% per annum above the then current Bank of England base rate accruing on daily basis from the Due Date until the date of actual payment of the overdue amount, whether before or after judgment and compounding quarterly.
2.10.5 The Employer shall pay all amounts due in full without any deduction or withholding except as required by law and Employer shall not be entitled to assert any credit, set-off or counter-claim against Global Academy Jobs in order to justify withholding payment of any such amount in whole or in part. Global Academy Jobs may, without limiting its other remedies, set off any amount owing to it by an Employer against any amount payable by the Employer to Global Academy Jobs.
2.10.6 An Employer may cancel a job listing at any time by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receipt of notice of such cancellation, Global Academy Jobs shall remove such job listing from the Website as soon as reasonably possible. Such cancellation by an Employer shall not result in a refund of any sums charged by Global Academy Jobs in respect of such cancelled job listing.
2.10.7 Global Academy Jobs reserves the right to immediately cancel a job listing and/or terminate a contract with Employer if:

18.104.22.168 Employer fails to pay any charges due to Global Academy Jobs on a Due Date.
2.11 Force Majeure
2.11.1 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a “Force Majeure Event” means an event beyond the reasonable control of Global Academy Jobs including but not limited to strikes or other industrial disputes, failure of a utility service, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm or default of suppliers or subcontractors.
2.11.2 Global Academy Jobs shall not be liable as a result of any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
2.12.1 Global Academy Jobs, any other party (whether or not involved in creating, producing, maintaining or delivering the Website) and the officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents of any such company, exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you, an Employer or a third party (including without limitation any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption and whether in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise) in connection with the Website in any way or in connection with the use, inability to use or the results of use of the Website, any websites linked to the Website or the material on such websites, including but not limited to loss or damage due to viruses that may infect your or an Employer’s computer equipment, software, data or other property on account of your or an Employer’s access to, use of, or browsing the Website or your or an Employer’s downloading of any material from the Website or any websites linked to the Website.
2.12.2 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit Global Academy Jobs’ liability for:

2.13 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
2.13.1 The English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to the Website.
2.13.2 These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

We accept credit payments through a secure third-party provider. We do not have access to, or share any personal data related to bank accounts, or financial status or credit scores.

We use an industry leading, cloud-based bookkeeping software to process invoices, customer details and payments received. This service provider is fully compliant with The General Data Protection Regulation.
